  • Can I have more information about your jewellery?

We provide with all the information you need in the product description page as well as the pictures of the product itself. On top of that, in our quest to improve your experience we will soon upload our Review Product Blog Section with detailed information, real life pictures, videos as well as our customers testimonials for each product we have in our store!   • Where do your jewellery come from?

Our jewellery do not come from only one maker. We source our jewellery from USA, UK, China, Germany, Spain, France and other countries. Our goal is to find the best quality we can find in the market and in the most competitive prices possible. 

We are in contact with jewellery designers and jewellery makers so we can offer you unique jewellery items in the immediate future and we would love you be a part of it. Please let us know about any customised piece of jewellery and we will try our best to make it for you! Visit our Contact Us page, be a part of our new jewellery designs and we will name them by you in our catalogue!

  • What about shipping methods and times?

Depending on the country of our jewellery source, the delivery times will vary between 10 days and 3 weeks for almost all countries worldwide. We always use tracked shipment services and will email you the tracking code so you know where your order is at all times!

  • Why do your special offers take longer to arrive?

We are proud to offer you the best customer experience and hence we provide free tracked shipping absorbing the shipping cost ourselves for your benefit. With our special offers, our sale prices are so low that we have to use cheaper shipping methods that take more time to be processed and shipped.

  • Do you have any plans for even better shipping times?

Yes we do! We are soon to expand to Amazon Global and our logistics will be handled by Amazon providing up to next day delivery for our jewellery worldwide. You will even be able to make your purchaces from our dedicated Amazon Terbos Jewellery Store! Stay tuned for announcements coming soon!

  • What about the discount codes you provide?

You can win discount codes by simply playing Spin n Win or from our promotions. Each code can be used once per person unless stated otherwise. If you wish to purchace something with a unique discount code please let us know and we will create one for you!

  • Is it safe to use my debit/credit card for shopping?

Yes, it is safe to complete your purchase using your Visa, Mastercard or American Express debit or credit cards as they all are our trusted partners.

  • Are there any other ways to complete my purchace?

Yes there are! You can alternatively complete your purchace using Paypal, Apple Pay or Google Pay!
