What are the delivery rates?
We will deliver your order with Royal Mail 1st Class service both for domestic (UK) and international orders.
We charge the same rates that Royal Mail provides for small parcels which is:
1st Class delivery means that your parcels will come with a tracking number and will be insured for £50. For an extra £5 you can up the insurance to £250.
Delivery is complimentary for orders over £100!

How long will delivery take?
Our jewellery are made-to-order. After we craft them, we do a quality check, we package them and ship them to you with Royal Mail.

Can I upgrade my delivery method after my order is processed?
Yes, as long as your item has not been shipped yet, we can upgrade your shipping method (if the option is available). Please contact our team here to do so
Who do you use to deliver?
We use the most reliable UK carrier, Royal Mail and the best service they offer, 1st Class Tracked and Signed For, for your peace of mind!
What countries to you currently delivery to?
We currently delivery directly to customers worldwide, so wherever you are you can enjoy our products!
Do you deliver to APO's, FPO's and P.O boxes?
No, we do not, so if you enter APO, FPO or PO Box for the delivery address your order will either be cancelled or a member of our team will contact you to update your delivery address and your order will not be processed until you do so.
Once I order, how long does it take for me to get my item?
All of our items are made-to-order. The estimated time for any particular item is 5-7 working days. You can estimate when you will receive your item by adding the manufacturing time to the delivery time from the date of your order. We are excited to offer Free Shipping on all orders over £100
Will I have to pay duty?
Any orders places from our website for delivery outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and therefore cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Where is my parcel?
Please check the shipping confirmation email to track your parcel. You must sign for your package, so if the tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered, please check if someone else at your address has accepted it, alternatively your parcel may have been left with a neighbour.
Otherwise please look for a notification of attempted delivery, you may find it in your letter box.

How can I track my order?
You can either visit our Track Your Order Page with your order number and email or alternatively visit Royal Mail Track Your Item Page with your tracking number that you have receiver in your Shipping Confirmation email
What are your delivery options?
We only ship with Royal Mail 1st Class, Tracked and Signed For, for all domestic or international orders.
All our parcels are insured but you could add extra insurance at checkout (recommended for bigger orders). We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders over £100
Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?
Yes, this is absolutely possible
How long does pre-order takes to be delivered?
The moment our pre-order period closes we will start manufacturing of the items and then ship them to you with Royal Mail. The product page will have more details on the pre-order period.

Do I need to sign for my order?
Due to the high value of goods we offer, we require a proof of delivery for all online orders. We are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature. If no one is home to sign for the parcel it will be returned to the local delivery office, you can then re-arrange delivery or collect the item in person. This will require proof of ID.
Why isn't my tracking number working?
When you receive your tracking number through email, please not that it may need 24-48h to be active. If you encounter any issue please contact our team for assistance
