Will my jewellery look exactly like the preview image on the website?
The product photography displayed on our website matches the product as closely as possible. All of our jewellery is made-to-order and hand-finished, so details such as the exact shade of colour of the stone can vary slightly. This is all a part of what makes your jewellery unique, special and a collector's item!
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed the next business day and our artisans get to work! Within this 16-24 window you can change your order without any extra cost. Our team will create your unique items during business days but they will rest during the weekend :)
After we finish crafting your order and we do a final quality check, we will send it to you through Royal Mail 1st class delivery. The approximate delivery time always accounts for weekends and holidays, and is an accurate date to rely on.
Can I place an order over the phone?

Can I cancel my order?
We will process your order the next working day when it will be sent to our artisans for crafting. You have a 16-24 hours window where cancellation is free. After our team starts creating your item, cancellation will no longer be possible and any unwanted items would need to be returned per our returns policy.

Can I add items to my order?
Once an order has successfully been placed, it cannot be amended in our system.
You can create a new order with the added items, we will refund you the shipping costs and send them together as one order.

Is your online shop secure?
Our store is SSL encrypted for safe browsing. We are compliant with GDPR for our EU customers and we will under no circumstances forward any of your details to third parties.

Why was my order cancelled?
Your order may have been cancelled for a number of reasons related to fraudulent payment issues or imaginary fault address (yes this happens!). If your order is cancelled, the appropriate amount of money will be refunded to you. Refunds are completed within 14 days, but this may vary depending on your bank provider.
What communication will I receive regarding my order
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after you have placed your order. Expect regular emails from us after that to let you know about the crafting process and ways to contact us and of course an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Is there a limit to the amount I can order?
Terbos Jewellery reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order for any reason. These restrictions may apply to orders placed by the same account, same credit card and also orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will notify you such limits be applied.
Terbos Jewellery also reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to prohibit sales to dealers or resellers. Reselling is hereby defined as purchasing or intending to purchase any product(s) from Terbos Jewellery for the purpose of engaging commercial sale of that same product(s) with a third party.

How will I know my order has been shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update with Royal Mail.
Your package may at any point be transferred from Royal Mail to a local carrier (for international deliveries) for final delivery. If this occurs please contact us and we will help you with tracking your package.
Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions, holidays or strikes.
I am having trouble checking out using Paypal, can you help?
PayPal stores and safeguards your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop. PayPal takes the payment from your card, PayPal Balance or PayPal Credit directly. Your payment details will not be shared with Terbos Jewellery.

How do I convert the item's price to local currency?
Our store automatically shows the price of our store to your local currency using GPS data. At the moment we process all orders in British Pounds (£) but we are working on providing checkout with all the major currencies for a better shopping experience.
How do I order wholesale?
Please contact us before ordering for a wholesale discount. We will respond to all emails within 48 hours. We offer big discounts + free Royal Mail Priority Mail shipping on all wholesale orders.
Let us know which items you would like and how many of each item. We need to know this first to make sure our artisans can create the volume you require. If we can accommodate your order, we will then email you back with your personal wholesale discount code.
MINIMUM WHOLESALE ORDER AMOUNT IS £1000.

Can I order from overseas?
Yes, we ship internationally. However, if you are interested in purchasing our products, but not a resident in one of the countries we ship to, please contact our customer services by clicking here for more information. Note that the receiver will be liable for all customs and clearance charges that may occur upon arrival. We will not be able to advise on the latter as these charges may vary from country to country.
