    If you wish to know more about the colour, size, materials or care of a particular product, we have a dedicated section in each product page for your questions and we will answer back ASAP!   • Is your jewellery sustainable?

    Everyone in Terbos Jewellery has high ethical and high jewellery quality standards. We love expressing through our artisans creations. We are a group of people caring about the environment, the end product and so, what our customers put on their skin!
    We use lab created stones most of the time and when we don't, we ensure that every stone is ethically sourced. We used pre-loved metals whenever possible so we minimise our environmental footprint!

    We want every part of our business to be 100% vegan friendly, cruelty-free and all our products to be skin safe to wear even from the most sensitive types of skin!

  • How can I tell that my product is genuine?

    Our jewellery can be purchased only through our website and from 28/09/2019 will come with the Terbos Jewellery Certificate Of Authenticity.

    Every product that arrives to your door without this Certificate is not an original TJ jewellery.

  • Do other websites sell authentic Terbos Jewellery merchandise?

    No, the only place you can find our original jewellery is our website, www.terbosjewellery.com

  • Do you create bespoke jewellery?

    Unfortunately, due to the number of orders produced through our artisans' workshops, we are unable to offer a bespoke jewellery service to our customers. Alterations to existing items such as stone colour, metal type or stone size are also not offered unless clearly stated on the product page.

  • How do i measure my ring, bracelet, or necklace size?

  • Do you have a jewellery size guide?

    Yes! We provide step-by-step guidance to measure your ring, necklace, bracelet size at home as well as Size Tables so you can be sure for your purchase! Find our Size Guide here

  • Can children wear your jewellery?

    Our jewellery are dermatologically tested so they are skin-safe .  Besides that fact we advise caution when children are wearing jewellery.
