How To Track Your Order

Royal Mail 1st Class Orders

If you have purchased an item with our standard UK or International 1st Class delivery, then a tracking code will not be provided.

Royal Mail Tracked or Signed For Orders

If you have purchased a Tracked or Signed For delivery then we will send you your tracking code number through email after we post your order.

Enter your tracking number in the official Track Your Item page here.

Please note that Royal Mail tracking codes take up to 48 hours to "go live".

  • If you are not sure whether you have chosen a Tracked delivery service or not, please see your Order Confirmation email.
  • If you have purchased Tracked delivery service and you want to access your code, please see your Status Update email.
  • If you need help for tracking your order please email us at info@terbosjewellery.com. Use: TRACK MY ORDER - [Your order number] as email subject/title and explain your issue in the body of your email. Please note that it might take up to 1-2 business days for our team to be able to help you.
