We do not accept returns of used items.
We do not accept returns of personalised/engraved items.
We only accept returns of items unused, in new condition, clean, with no sign of wear and in the original packaging.
We accept returns or items mentioned in Clause 4 up to 30 days after the day of delivery.
We do not cover/compensate return shipping costs for return of any item, new, used or damaged.
We will not charge for restocking fee of returned items.
We will not issue a refund for any returned item that does not qualify Clauses 1-6.
We will only refund the value of the item(s) and not the value paid for shipping.
We are not liable for any lost, delayed or damaged delivery from a courier (Royal Mail or others) and therefore will not issue any refund.
i. We will not issue any refund until we receive your returned items and fully inspect them for wear and tear.
ii. We reserve our right to deny refund in case our inspection shows that the item(s) were used and not returned in condition described in Clause 3.
Your purchase may be liable to import taxes and duties. If you return your item to us, we are unable to refund any of these charges.
Faulty goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days of purchase. Any items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear is not classed as a manufacturing fault.
Refunds of any item might take up to 7-10 business days.
We do not accept exchanges of items in any condition.
