Terbos Jewellery - How we do returnsTo us, no order is complete until you are fully satisfied! This is why we make returns FREE* and EASY! If something isn't quite right, you are able to return your items within 30 days after they are delivered. 

* no restocking fee will be applied

Terbos Jewellery - When will you be refunded

A full refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned items. We will issued the refund by the same method you used to pay.

Terbos Jewellery - What do I need to to to return my item and get a refund?

For non faulty item returns:

  • Follow this link within 30 days of your purchase quoting your order number, name and surname for us to begin the procedure.

  • We will reply as soon as we have reviewed your request and we will come back with details of how to return your items! That's it! Easy!

For faulty item returns:

  • Follow this link within 30 days of your purchase quoting your order number, name and surname for us to begin the procedure. You will need to attach pictures of the faulty item as proof.

  • We will reply as soon as we have reviewed your request and we will come back with details of how to return your items! That's it! Easy!

Terbos Jewellery - Special Notes And Terms About Returns And Refunds

  • Items must be returned in new condition, clean, with no signs of wear and in the original packaging.

  • We do not accept returns for personalised, engraved items.

  • We do not accept returns for earrings or any other pierced jewellery for hygienic reasons.

  • Shipping costs paid for the purchase are will not be refunded unless items are faulty.

  • We do not accept any returns prior to your request approval.

  • We are not liable for any missed items in transit and we will not issue a refund upon them. For this reason:

  • Please use a Track & Signed (and use appropriate insurance) delivery to ensure the safe arrival of your items to us. You will need to provide us with the tracking number of the parcel. Once we receive the returned items we will notify you with a confirmation email and let you know exactly when you refund will be issued.

  • Please note that your purchase may be liable to import taxes and duties. If you return your item to us, we are unable to refund any of these charges. Please contact your local customs office for further details as they may be able to help advise further.

  • Faulty goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days of purchase. Any items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear is not classed as a manufacturing fault.
