All Terbos Jewellery items are made-to-order and take about 7-8 business days to manufacture after the order has been placed and approved. We will dispatch for delivery the next business day after manufacturing and quality check.
NOTE: Manufacturing times may be longer in high demand periods (such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Black Friday, Christmas & New Years etc.)

We are excited to offer Free Worldwide Delivery with Royal Mail on all orders over £100! The service we use is First Class Tracked & Signed both for domestic and international orders for your peace of mind.
We use Royal Mail rates for small parcels and we always provide Tracked & Signed For services for Domestic and International orders for security purposes.

** Delivery service times are listed in business days and are quoted to us by Royal Mail. There may be events (such as extreme weather, strikes, customs clearance, inaccurate address info) that may delay delivery beyond the quoted time. We are not responsible for these delays.
***Standard Insurance of £50 is included - With £5 you can add another £250 or insurance on your package and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT for your peace of mind!
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes, BFPO addresses, mail forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses as all our services (orders) require a signature for delivery for security purposes.
Please ensure that the delivery address is an address where you will be at the time of delivery(home or work).
If someone is not present at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
- If by mistake you enter a PO Box as delivery address we will contact you immediately for new delivery address. We will not proceed with manufacturing of your order until we have this new address.
Once you order is dispatched you will receive an email notification with a tracking link.
You can always follow this link or use your email and tracking number in this page(link) to know exactly where your item is.
If you have not received this email please contact us at email to request an update, giving your order number.
Any orders places from our website for delivery outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and therefore cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
-Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?
Yes, it can!
-Can I change/cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed and approved and we begin the manufacturing process, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders. Please contact us if you have any inquiry to see how we can accommodate it.
-Can my parcel be redirected?
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly.
