Here are some of your most frequent questions after the point of purchase answered:

You cannot but we can. Within 1-2 business days send us an email with title:

CHANGE OF ADDRESS  - [Your order number]

and body:

The new address you want us to deliver

and we will do it for you.

Note: If we have already posted your parcel to Royal Mail we cannot change delivery address.

When we post your order to Royal Mail, we will send you a confirmation email (if you have not received it, check your spam folder).

After that, Royal Mail usually needs 1-2 business days to deliver your parcel. These times may vary depending on various factors such as: remote location, busy times of the year and unforeseeable circumstances.

If you have chosen a tracked delivery service at checkout then please:

1. Ask your tracking code from our team through email quoting your order number

2. Visit Royal Mail's track your item page, copy the code and see where your parcel is. 

Late/Damaged Deliveries

Here are some of your most frequent questions about a delayed or damaged delivery answered:

After you get our postage notification email it is up to Royal Mail to deliver your parcel in time.

We are not liable for any delay for the delivery of your order after we post it to Royal Mail and therefore we will issue no refund or replace any delayed, lost or damaged parcel.

Usually Royal Mail delivers 1st Class letters/parcels within 1-2 business days. Delays are to be expected during busy times like holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Your parcel is not considered lost from Royal Mail 1st Class until after 10 business days past its due delivery date. For more information please visit their official page here

We are lot liable for delayed deliveries, lost or damaged parcels. 

Please contact your local post office to ask if there is a parcel with your name undelivered. If you have purchased a Tracked or Signed For service then use your tracking code for reference.

If you want to claim the value of your delayed, lost or damaged parcel:

1. Call Royal Mail Customer Service Number: 03457740740 to make an enquiry.

2. Visit Royal Mail Claim Center Page here, follow the instructions and claim for the value of your parcel.

From the moment we post your order to Royal Mail, we are not liable for any loss, delayed or damaged delivery.

We will not send you a replacement of your order. You will have to place another order, having in mind that we recommend a Tracked or Signed For delivery service for your peace of mind.
