Free Returns
We support Free Returns - no restocking fee - for 30 Days after the day of purchase if you changed your mind. Please contact our team before you proceed with the return of your order and we will help you with your query within a business day.
If the 30 days from the day of your purchase have passed, we also accept returns with a £7 restocking fee.
Due to the new worldwide circumstances we do not accept returns of used items for hygienic reasons. All items should be unworn and in the original packaging.
After we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and we will contact you about the issuing of your refund to the payment method you used for your purchase.
In case of a faulty item we will need pictures of the item before we initiate the return process and we can either issue a full refund or issue a gift cart of the same amount for the free purchase of the replacement item.
Every purchase for items on 30% discount or more are considered final and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty before it is used.
